bostonlimb.com ("the website") is published by KHC Pvt. Ltd. ("KHC", "we", "us"), which operates Boston Diabetes and its Boston Limb service at 1st Floor, above Ratnadeep Supermarket, Lumbini Avenue, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Information, not medical advice

The content of the website is general information about diabetic foot and nerve care. It is not medical advice, it does not account for any individual's circumstances, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Decisions about assessment and treatment are made only after a clinical consultation. Read the Medical Disclaimer for more.

3. Emergencies

The website is not for emergencies. A foot wound with fever, spreading redness or swelling, a foul smell, a foot that has turned cold, pale or dark, or feeling generally unwell needs the nearest hospital emergency department, not an appointment request.

4. Appointment requests

Submitting the form or messaging us asks for an appointment; it does not book one. An appointment exists only once our care team has confirmed a time with you. Consultation, tests and treatment are provided on the clinic's standard terms, which are explained at the centre, and any fees are confirmed before services are provided.

5. Accuracy and changes

We take care to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it describes every service, doctor or timing exactly as available on a given day. We may change the website, these terms and the services described at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Boston Limb name and logo, the text, photographs and design of the website belong to KHC or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification needs our written permission. DPNCheck is a trademark of its manufacturer and is referred to only to describe the test used at the clinic.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to submit false or misleading requests, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content in bulk, or to do anything unlawful.

8. Third-party services

The website links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and other websites we do not control. Their content and their handling of your data are governed by their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, KHC, its directors, doctors and staff are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website's content or from any interruption or error in its operation.
